Hernandez is widely regarded in the industry as the driving force behind the renowned Teles brand and its highly collaborative company culture, and was responsible for spearheading comprehensive brokerage management there, from marketing, transaction compliance, litigation, and agent coaching to development.

As an international public relations professional, Priyanka brings more than 14 years of experience to the team. She has developed PR campaigns for a wide variety of organizations including developers, brokerages, nonprofits, consumer technology and lifestyle clientele. In her previous role at Murphy O’Brien, a top real estate PR firm, she led communication campaigns for clients like The Howard Hughes Corporation, Oceanwide Plaza, John Aaroe Group, Halton Pardee + Partners, etc. She was instrumental in creating PR strategies and partnerships for luxury new developments like TEN50 (downtown LA), The Pacific (San Francisco), Ward Village and The Residences at Mandarin Oriental (Honolulu) among others. Prior to this, she worked with The Hoyt Organization leading accounts like Kennedy Wilson, Vintage Real Estate, Studio One Eleven and Retail Design Collaborative. She was also part of the ICSC Southern California Idea Exchange Planning Committee for 2017. Priyanka started her career in PR with Burson-Marsteller in Mumbai as the client-service lead handling accounts like Vodafone, BBC World News and Sony Pictures. A graduate of the University of Mumbai, she completed postgraduate studies in PR and corporate communications from Xavier College and a marketing certificate from UCLA.
